I started Hartley Pets because my own birds deserved more than what I could find on the shelf — mass-produced cages, generic perches, nothing built with an actual bird in mind. So I began sourcing it myself: hand-selected Java wood, a range of bird and parrot cages, the kind of pieces you'd genuinely want in your home, not just tucked in the corner of it.
