How long will delivery take, and is my order shipped safely?
We offer FREE Standard 2-3 Delivery in the UK and we ensure all orders are shipped securely and safely. You will also receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched for extra peace of mind.
Is your Java wood treated?
Our Java wood products are made from natural, untreated Java wood grown in Indonesia. As a natural product, each piece is unique in shape, colour and branch formation.

How do I clean and maintain Java wood?
Java wood can be wiped down as required to remove surface dirt. Allow the wood to dry thoroughly before your bird uses it again. As this is a natural wood product, its appearance may change over time with normal use.
What if the cage doesn't suit my bird once it arrives?
You can refer to our Return Policy for more information about this. But in a nutshell, you've got 30 days to return your order in its original condition for a refund. In the unlikely event you want to return an order, just email us and we will be happy to accomodate.
What finish is used on the cages?
